什么是颈部综合症？英文名称请列出.

原因造成此病请列出. 怎么根治此病?

患了Basilar artery Deficiency syndrome，肌肉缺氧，收缩，压到血管。脸部跟背部肌肉都收缩。脸部跟背部肌肉可以说是收缩到拉不出肌肉来。可是服药过后，病情有痊愈，脸部跟背部肌肉都不在收缩。而且还放松了。可是有一点手尾。就是颈部肌肉并没有恢复到原来的样子。颈部肌肉有点瘦小。没有以前那么饱满，结实，有劲力。转折的时候还会觉得松，有些时候还会有‘塔’， ‘塔’ 的声音。这是怎么一回事？该怎么处理？

有的中医师说是骨髓造血慢。影响到 motor neurone，motor neurone 变弱， 导致肌肉协调性不好。颈部肌肉变松。

有的说内脏失调。脾，胃，肝跟肾功能不好，变弱。还有就是气血也不好。他们给了煎药，服用了也没用。

有的用针灸，针灸在脾的穴道跟经络的穴道。有的针灸在气血的穴道。可是却功亏一篑。

西医neurology 说没事，也不建议做MRI。建议做物理治疗，到健身院锻炼脖子肌肉。可是没用。请问究竟怎么一回事？应该怎么处理才好？

I had contracted Basilar artery deficiency Symptom, Which the muscle lack of oxygen , contract and collapse , press against the blood vessel. The face and back muscle contract but now relax. However, on the way to recovery, the neck muscle did not fully recovered, and now feel quite loose and soft, and when turning around the neck, there is some cracking sound. What had happened. What to do then.
